3-Month Insertion Into Small Retail: Microsoft Experience

After 3 months of tight cooperation we inserted into the of the trade network, learned existing concerns, helped to resolve some of them, and in some cases implemented bright advertising ideas. Shelf share increased by 15%, and according to the results of Pulse survey loyalty of RSP increased by 70%. Retail sellers and store managers shifted their mind became convinced that software can be sold, as well as any other intellectual product. The stores, which were not included ‘in the active 50’ had not undergone such changes.
