4-5 November, the Fresh Marketing team held one of the largest and most significant events for the Ukrainian IT community. We organized conference JavaDay Ukraine.
According to the DOU version JavaDay Ukraine is an event that for the second year in a row is one of the top three IT conferences.
In the preparation of JavaDay Ukraine, Fresh Marketing team was not only organizer. This year we tried out new roles for us: as a client and a performer simultaneously. Our main challenges were the coordination of the process of selling tickets and finding partners who could help us hold the event at the highest level. Thanks to the painstaking work of Fresh Marketing for several months, we successfully managed to close all organizational issues.

How it was:
Two days of getting knowledge and communication in the atmosphere of art, IT-technologies and self-expression. 1000 participants, 50 speakers, 5 parallel non-stop streams and scenes, art-installations, author's T-shirts for each participant, partner area with non-standard formats of participation: event integration, Shop-in-Event format.
Among the speakers were recognized international experts in the Java world.
The JavaDay Ukraine Conference was held for the seventh time and judging by the feedback we managed with our colleagues from EPAM Ukraine, the unchanging company-organizer and the title partner of the event, managed to synchronize all the numerous streams into one rapidly flowing event. Everyone was satisfied: participants, partners, speakers, and the organizers themselves.
