Purpose: A “Windows 10 Device Days” event arrangement for Microsoft. The purpose of the event is to create a casual atmosphere for partners’ communication, business turnkey solutions demonstration, discussion of top innovations in IT segment and the key advantages of such new products as Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2016.
Target audience: The event is focused on Microsoft partners, marketers, Purchase and Sales Managers of Windows operating devices, and invited guests, who are interested in latest devices’ innovations on IT services market.
Implementation: The project was realized on a turnkey basis with individual approach; thus, in order to provide a unique experience, our team had thought through every possible detail. First of all, the equipment assembly was initially adjusted to the specific event requirements. Secondly, we set up interesting participants’ packages. Next, we had selected the most qualified promoters and granted each representative a personal stylish sweatshirt. Several cool computer mice were also played and distributed between visitors, as well as, each guest was complimented with a unique dining experience. Most importantly, everyone was affected with good mood to have a worthwhile evening.
A mobile “Flipbook” studio became the events’ main thing, which shook up all of the guests and gave them an opportunity to demonstrate their talents, as well as to simply have fun.
Results: The event gathered 60 guests and 6 invited speakers. Microsoft partners and members had not only received and exchanged the new knowledge within their professional field, but had also enjoyed their time due to the experienced massive amount of bright impressions.
